Ann Poythress

Elizabeth Ann Poythress, 87, of Grayson, GA, formerly of Wilson, died Monday, May 30, 2022.

A graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 4 at Maplewood Cemetery in Wilson.

She is survived by nephew Brent Williams and wife, Shirah, of Stone Mountain, GA; brother-in-law, Bruce Williams of Braselton, GA,.

Prior to her move to GA in 2004, she was an active member of Forest Hills Baptist Church. She was presently a member of First Baptist Church in Snellville, GA.  Ann loved her needlework, her friends, playing card games & rummikub and girls day out with family for getting nails done and enjoying Johnny's pizza.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Merron M. and Mary E. "Bessie" Poythress, sister, Judy P. Williams; brother, Edward Poythress; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Poythress.
