Barbara Radford

Barbara Heath Radford, 84, of Wilson, died Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Visitation, Friday, 6:00-7:30 PM at Wilson Memorial Service. Graveside Service, Saturday, 2:00 PM, Spring Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Lucama.

Mrs. Radford retired from Margaret Hearne Elementary School where she was a teacher’s assistant for over 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Radford; sons, Mike Radford (Beth) of Lucama and Marty Radford (Cynthia) of Elm City; grandson, Andrew Radford (Elizabeth) of Kenly; granddaughters, Cara Orduno of Raleigh and Amber Rogister (Kenny) of Lucama; great-granddaughter, Liliana James of Raleigh.

Mrs. Radford was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Dorothy Page Heath; brother, Floyd Thomas “Tom” Heath; step-mother, Cynthia Bass Heath.
