Benjamin Albert “Ben” Gay, 81, of Wilson, died Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

A graveside service was held Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Park.

Ben was retired from Lee Motor Company.

He is survived by his brother Billy Gay and wife, Janice, of Wilson and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Prince Albert and Annie Bell Cockrell Gay and sisters, Jean Curlin and Tillie Boykin.
