Graveside service, Saturday, 11:00 AM at Becks Lutheran Church Cemetery in Lexington.
Benny was born December 27, 1939 in Lexington to Shuford and Daisy Everhart Swing. He graduated from Central Davidson High School, and married the love of his life, Sandra Garner Swing in 1962. Benny had a passion for cars, specifically Corvettes and old cars, and was a Nascar fanatic. A transmission mechanic for over 46 years, he owned Benny Swing Automotive, where he was known as the best and favorite mechanic in Lexington.
