LUCAMA - Marvin "Bill" H. Edwards, 66, died Sunday, May 3, 2015, at home.
Funeral, Wednesday, 7:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.
Bill served in the Army in Vietnam and was a heavy equipment operator.
Surviving is his wife, Bettie Garris Edwards; sons, Shane Edwards (Tish Lippencott) of Goldsboro, Derrick Edwards (Candace) of Longview, TX and Marty Edge of Holly Ridge; step-sons, Phil and Bob Haywood of Lucama, Jay Haywood of Wilson and Tim Haywood of Greenville; step-daughter, Beth Winders of Nashville; grandson, Asher Edwards, five step-grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, 1207 Peachtree Rd NW, Wilson NC 27896-2024, or to the charity of one's choice.
