WILSON - Bobbie Bass Futrell, 77, died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
Funeral, Friday, 1:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery, Fremont.
Bobbie was a graduate of The Carolina General School of Nursing and practiced over 45 years in Wilson as a Registered Nurse and volunteered at The Growing Tree after retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Futrell; son, John T. Futrell (Julie) of Chapel Hill; and grandson, Jackson Futrell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice of Wilson Medical Center, 1705 Tarboro St SW, Wilson NC 27893-3428 or Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, 8201 Corporate Dr, Suite 1000, Landover MD 20785-2266.
