Bobby Batchelor

Robert Wayne “Bobby” Batchelor, 74, of Wilson, died Sunday, December 14, 2025.

A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, 6:00 PM, at Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Mizelle (Chris) of Wilson; grandchildren, Addie Mizelle, Harper Mizelle and Bobby Wayne Batchelor (Michelle); great-granddaughters, Madison and Annabelle Batchelor; brothers, Johnny Batchelor (Lisa) of Elm City and Leon Batchelor (Faye) of Wilson; sisters, Lessie Frey of Elm City, Janice Tedder of Lucama, and Nancy Crumpler (Edwin) of Wilson; and sisters-in-law, Lou Ann Batchelor of Stantonsburg and Joy Batchelor of Lucama.

Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Dail Batchelor; son, Mike Batchelor; grandson, Michael Lee Batchelor; parents, John and Nettie Mae Joyner Batchelor; brothers, Ronald Lee Batchelor and Roger Batchelor; brothers-in-law, Jerry Frey and Bobby Tedder.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
