KENLY - Bobby Glenn Raper, 70, died Thursday, January 21, 2010.
Funeral, Sunday, 2:00 PM, Kenly FWB Church, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.
Bobby enjoyed life, his family and cars. He was retired from the US Postal Service and Johnston County Schools as a teacher's assistant. He was a clean car enthusiast and was a partner in the former B+L Auto Sales.
Surviving is his wife, Mae Scott Raper; daughters, Teresa Lewis (Marty) of Kenly and Dawn Evans (Gary) of Micro; grandchildren, Christie Nichols (Chris), Cheri Lewis (fiancé, John Barwick), Jacob Lewis (his friend, Miranda Barbee), Miranda Evans, Allyson Evans; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Hannah Nichols; sister, Kathy Creech (Jeff) of Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
