Bonnie Howard

Bonnie Wall Howard, 63, of Black Creek, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

The funeral will be Sunday, 3:00 PM, at Peace Church, 2838 Tilghman Rd, Wilson, followed by visitation. Interment will be Monday, 11:00 AM, at the Black Creek Cemetery.

Bonnie was one of a kind. One in a million. A loving wife, married to her bestfriend of 41 years. A beautiful mother of three, adored by her children. A “Ma” to nine wonderful grandchildren and one great -granddaughter. She was everything you would dream about in a mother, wife, and friend. Bonnie was a go-getter, a hard worker. She was strong and independent. She spent all of her days caring for others, working on a project or her yard, making her home (and others) beautiful, and loving on her family. Bonnie was a light, all things good of the world. She will be missed by so many, until we see her again.

She is survived by her husband Steve Howard; daughter, Caitlin Hughes (Josh) of Black Creek; sons, Ryan Howard (Ashley) of Black Creek and Damien Denton of Wilson; grandchildren, Blaize, Austin (Cheyenne), Taylor, Makayla, Marlee, Harper, Parker, and Novah Rose; sisters, Gwen Duke (Bob) of Bailey, Susan Perry (Michael) of Wilson, and Cindy Hodge (Bruce) of Kenly; brothers, Phillip Wall (Judianne) of Wilson and Mike Wall (Nancy) of Sims.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Vernice and Ruby Wall.
