WILSON - Carl Murray, 87, died Monday, August 24, 2015.
Funeral, Wednesday, 2:00 PM, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mr. Murray was preceded in death by his wife, Bettye Yeager Murray in January, 2014. He was retired from Standard Commercial Tobacco Company.
He is survived by his sons, Joe Murray (Mary Kathryn) of Gatesville and Jimmy Murray of Raleigh; grandchildren, Nathan, Liz, Jo Revelle, Sarah and Bardin; sisters, Irene Fleming of Raleigh and Christine Colvin of Pineville, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Faith Baptist Church, 2432 Meadowbrook Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
