ELM CITY - Cecil Flora, 80, died Sunday, December 30, 2018.
Funeral, Wednesday, 2:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Surviving is his wife, Carolyn Harrell Flora; daughter, Sheila Culpepper (Milton, Jr.) of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Lillie Wolfe (Derek) and Justin Culpepper; sister, Elsie Dunn of Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Farmington Heights Church of God, Senior Citizens, 910 Raleigh Road Pkwy, NW, Wilson, NC 27896-2701.
