Chris Davis

James Christopher "Chris" Davis, 63, of Elm City, died Sunday, April 2, 2023.

Funeral, Thursday, 1:00 PM, at Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation.

Chris worked at R.R. Donnelley and was an Eagle Scout.  He was the first member of the Wilson Sons of the Confederate Veterans.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Davis, Jr., and Margie Renfrow Davis.

Chris is survived by his wife, Paula Carmichael Davis; daughter, Brittany Mitchell (Joseph) of Snow Hill and grandson, Hayden Davis.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Forest Hills Baptist Church, Deacons Benevolent Fund, 1407 Forest Hills Rd NW, Wilson, NC 27896.
