Christie Dawson

Christie Elizabeth Dawson, 52, of Wilson, died Thursday, September 14, 2023.

Funeral, Sunday, 3:00 PM, Connect Church, 4865 Nash St N, Wilson, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.  Burial will be for and at the convenience of the family. 

She is survived by her daughter, Leah Noble of Wilson; sons, Dawson Noble (Taylor) of Robersonville and Charlie Maddrey of Wilson; granddaughter, Mary Dawson Noble; parents, Charles “Buster” and Beth Sullivan Dawson of Wilson; sister, Tracey Dawson Green (Linwood) of Glen Allen, VA; aunts, Linda Dawson Connor (Neill) and Patty Dawson (Cindy Boring); uncle, Hunter Sullivan (Betsy); nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Gabriela, Javier, Kaylin and Jonah.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Roland and Elsie Snipes Dawson, Jessie Wilmar and Nannie Grace Hunter Sullivan; aunt, Susan Sullivan Moore.

Christie was a graduate of East Carolina University and had been in law enforcement with the N. C. Department of Corrections.
