Christine Owens Garner, 93, of Wilson, died Wednesday, August 19, 2020.

The funeral will be Monday, 10:00 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park.

She is survived by her sister, Cleo Tippett (Wilbur) of New Bern; nieces, Debby T. Thomas and Teresa W. Gardner (Troy); nephews, Gaddis Tippett (Donna) and Robbie Webb; dear friends, Sue Lamm and Dennis Toole; puppy, Ava.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Garner; daughter, Carolyn L. Garner; mother, Mollie Owens; sister, Nora Graham; brother, Atha Williams and wife, Sylvia Vick Williams; niece, Kim Williams.
