NEW BERN - Coleen Edmundson Davis, 86, formerly of Wilson, died Friday, September 8, 2017.
Funeral, Wednesday, 3:00 PM, Stantonsburg Cemetery. The visitation will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Wednesday, 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, James Landis "Jimmy" Davis and parents, Roland Pell and Mary Jenkins Edmundson. She was a retired registered nurse, having worked as an occupational health nurse at Swift.
She is survived by her son, Jay Davis and wife, Kim, of Boone; grandson, Jacob Davis of Boone; great-granddaughter, Nova Jae Davis; sisters, Ida Farley of New Bern and Frances Garcia of Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 202 N. Kincaid Ave, Wilson, NC 27893.
