Daphine Lucas

Daphine Wilson Lucas, 86, of Elm City, died Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

Funeral, Saturday, October 24, 2:00 PM at Maplewood Cemetery.

Daphine’s first love was for her church and helping to serve others.  Her love was shown to and known by all who knew her.  Her late husband Coy, who died in 2013, felt she was everything and the best wife a man could have.  She spent several years in banking and carpet sales. She was also preceded in death by her son, Marvin "Bunky" Thomas.

She is survived by Ray and Vickie Weaver, Jessica Sexton (Jason), Jennifer Willoughby (Randy), Reggie Messex, Eddie Weaver (Beth) and their families.
