ELM CITY - David H. Proctor, Jr., 74, died Friday, April 27, 2018.
The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Saturday, 6:00 – 7:30 PM. Burial will be for and at the convenience of the family.
Surviving is his wife, Paulette Reason Proctor; sons, Bobby Proctor and Tim Proctor, both of Elm City; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Stines of Garner, Cindy Brewer of Rocky Mount and Carol Sykes of Nashville; brother, Donnie Proctor of Elm City; best friend, Alvin Barnes.
