Douglas Thompson

Douglas W. Thompson, 84, of Wilson, died Tuesday, March 24, 2020, in his home.

A service for the family was held at Evergreen Memorial Park.  A Celebration of Life for the public will be considered at a later date.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Betty Jean Lamm Thompson; daughter Debbie Quick (Russ) of Greenville; son, Keith Thompson of Wilson; grandsons, Tanner and Tyler Quick of Greenville; sister, Rebecca Medlin (Harold) of Cedar Point.

He was a long-time member of Milbournie FWB Church and had served in the North Carolina National Guard.
