STANTONSBURG - Earl Eugene Whisenant, Sr, 87, died Monday, March 4, 2013.
Funeral, Thursday, 2:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, with visiting one hour prior. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Mae Berry Whisenant, and a daughter, Earlene Bunn.
Surviving are his daughters, Linda Skinner of Elm City, Phyllis Spivey (Donald) of Stantonsburg and Rhonda Jordan (Bob) of Wendell; sons, Gene Whisenant of Stantonsburg and Ricky Whisenant (Tammy) of Wilson; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Edna Bandy of Morganton; son-in-law, Richard Bunn of Stantonsburg.
