WILSON - Edna Taylor Sandifer, 87, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, S.M. "Sandy" Sandifer and her daughter, Carol S. Skinner. Edna was a longtime member of Grace Baptist Church. Funeral, Friday 2 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. She is survived by her daughter, Betsy Best and husband, Ray, of Wilson; son, Sam M. Sandifer, Jr. of Wilson; sister, Adelle Jones and husband, Luther, of Saratoga; son-in-law, Henry M. Skinner, Jr. of Wilson; grandchildren, Whitney Adams and husband, Todd, of Apex, Ashley Best of Wilson, Christopher Best of Raleigh and Steve Best and wife, Jessica of Apex; great-grandchildren, Hayden Best, Cate Adams and Carter Best.
