WILSON - Effie Holland Fulcher, 85, a retired nurse, died Friday, July 7, 2006. Funeral, Monday, 11 a.m., Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive. Visiting one hour prior to service. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery, Fremont. Surviving are sisters, Marie Gilbert of Wilson, Ann West of Eureka and Mary Lee Allen of Pikeville: brother, W.H. Bill Holland of Wilson
