WILSON - Effie Stanley Lamm, 88, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015.
Funeral, Saturday, 2 PM, Forest Hills Baptist Church. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery. The visitation will be at the church Saturday, 12:30 - 2 PM.
Effie worked at Happy Valley Country Club as a secretary and bookkeeper for 34 years.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Gray Lamm; daughter, Kathy Dixon (Jimmy) of Normal, IL; sister, Bessie Warren (Wallace) of Smithfield; step-granddaughter, Hope Sauls (Will) of Wilson.
Memorials are suggested to Forest Hills Baptist Church, 1407 Forest Hills Rd NW, Wilson NC 27896-1576 or to an animal charity of one's choice.
