ELM CITY - Elsie Winstead Harrell, 87, died Friday, October 16, 2009. Funeral, Sunday, 6 PM, Elm City Baptist Church, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Frank Harrell: daughter, Linda Petway (Milton) of Graham: son, Steve Harrell (Rosanne) of Elm City: four grandchildren: six great-grandchildren.
