Evelyn Whitley Williams, 90, of Wilson, died Friday, February 13, 2026.

A graveside service will be on Tuesday, February 17, 2:00 PM, at the Eureka Cemetery in Eureka.

She is survived by her sons Johnny Frizzelle (Frankie) of Wilson and Michael Frizzelle (Brenda) of Stantonsburg; daughters, Sharon Proctor (Greg) of Wilson and Connie Curtis (Jeff) of Elm City; grandchildren, Ashley Frizzelle, Braxton Curtis, Meridyth Proctor, and Greyson Curtis; sisters, Helen Kennedy of Spring Hope; brother, Raven Whitley of Kinston.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her grandson Kenny Proctor; parents, Roland and Nina Kearney Whitley; sisters, Joyce Richardson and Jean Rioux; brothers, Roland “Bud” Whitley, Jr., Bobby Whitley, Ronald Whitley, Paul Whitley, and Douglas Whitley.
