Fred Overman

Fred Hooks Overman, 55, of Fremont passed away on September 16, 2023.

A Celebration of Fred’s life will be held on Thursday, September 21, 4:00 PM, at the family home at 427 Sleepy Hollow Road in Fremont.

He was born on May 20, 1968 to Fred Lemuel and Sylvia Flowers Overman.

We expect the gathering to remember Fred to be a joyous occasion. He had a wide circle of friends and in every place he lived he expanded that circle. And he made sure he touched base with all of them often. With his big personality, infectious laugh, and love of fun, friends and food, he held a huge place in our hearts.

Fred was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother. He is also survived by and loved his step-children Hunter Malagarie (Laura), Hillman Smith, and Mary Blake Smith, as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Please wear casual clothing preferably the color red.
