George Ferrell

BLACK CREEK - George W. "Snoodle" Ferrell, 71, died Monday. He was a retired tobacconist with Dibrell Brothers Tobacco Company and was a member of Home Masonic Lodge 613. Funeral, Thursday, 6:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, Wilson, followed by visitation. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Surviving: wife, Barbara MacDonald Ferrell: daughters, Laura Ferrell and Terry Marsh and husband, Pat, of Raleigh: sons, Woody Ferrell of New York City and Neal Ferrell of Myrtle Beach, SC: 4 grandchildren: sisters, Gerthie McDonald of Princeton, Ruby Holland of Nahunta and Peggy Outland of Sesser, IL: brothers, Anderson Ferrell, Jr. of Wilson and Clifton Ferrell of Black Creek: special pet, "Lucky".
