WILSON - Glennie Shirley Webb, 89, of Fayetteville, and formerly of Wilson, died Saturday, May 19, 2012.
Funeral, Tuesday, 2 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, Wilson, followed by visiting.
She and her late husband, G.C. Webb, operated a farm supply business in Weldon before retiring to Wilson to be near relatives. In years of declining health, they moved to Fayetteville to be with their son, David (Sherry). She was preceded in death by a son, John Douglas Webb, and a brother, Raymond Shirley of Kenly.
Surviving in addition to David (Sherry) is another son, Larry Webb (Terry) of Nags Head; four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2630 Tilghman Rd, N, Wilson, NC 27896.
