Greg Crumpler

July 24, 1962 — March 3, 2022

Gregory Hugh Crumpler, 59, of Stantonsburg, died Thursday, March 3, 2022.

Funeral, Saturday, 6:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Sunday, 2:00 PM, Pikeville Cemetery.

Greg’s greatest joy was to watch Aaron race at our local tracks: Wake County, Southern National, and Carteret County.  No matter how bad he felt, he still wanted to be at the track.

He was employed by BFPE International for 35 years.  He started out rebuilding fire extinguishers and worked his way up to sales.  He was very dedicated to his job and the company.  Thank you to BFPE and its employees for the love and support that they have shown to Greg during his employment and during his illness.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Thompson Crumpler; son, Aaron Crumpler of Stantonsburg.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Joyce Pittman Crumpler.
