Greta Batts Wilkins, 72, died early Sunday, July 24, at home. She had operated Greta's Beauty Shop before retirement. Funeral, Tuesday, 7:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, followed by visitation. Interment at the convenience of the family. Surviving is her husband, Clyde C. Wilkins: daughter, Harriet Keith (Chuck) of LaGrange, GA: son, Billy Peeden of Wilson: granddaughters, Rachel E. Perkins and Jerri L. Peeden: great-grandchild, Halie Combs: sister, Jennifer Johnson of Wilson: brothers, Harry, Dickie, and Jimmy Sutton, all of Wilson: several nieces and nephews.
