GOLDSBORO - James R. Owens, 83, died Sunday, April 28, 2013.
Funeral, Tuesday, 3:00 PM, Elmwood Cemetery, Fremont.
Surviving are his sisters, Mary Argie Lancaster (J.R.) of Pikeville and Louise Williams of Fremont; several nieces and nephews.
