Jesse High

Jesse Lee High, 87, of Wilson, died Friday, October 31, 2025.

Funeral, Tuesday, 2:00 PM, at Evergreen Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife Joyce Davis High; daughter, Gigi Rhoades (Steve) of Madison, GA; grandchildren, Scotty Rhoades (Heather), Tyler Rhoades, Jesse Rhoades (Anna), and Jonathon Rhoades (Andi); great-grandchildren, Emma, Jordan, Jake, Dawson, Anna Kate, and Luke Rhoades; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. High was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Branch High and Euna Mae Evans High; sisters, Annie Belle Roberson and Lillie Mae Evans; brothers, Ansley High and Dwight High.

In lieu of flowers memorials contributions may be made to Milbournie Original Free Will Baptist Church, 5854 Countryside Rd, Wilson, NC 27896.
