STANTONSBURG – Joseph D. “Joe” Gardner, 75, died Thursday, October 26, 2017.
Funeral, Friday, 6:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Burial, Saturday, 10:00 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Joe was a farmer in the Holdens Cross Road community and was preceded in death by his parents, William Alfred Gardner and Mabel Little Gardner and sisters, Ruth Hinton and Janet Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Matthews Gardner; sons, Bill Gardner (Emily) of Stantonsburg and Gary Gardner (Wendy) of Wilson; grandchildren, Paige, Molly, Trinity and Bailey Gardner; brothers, Doug Gardner (Peggy) and Henry Gardner of Wilson.
