Funeral, Monday, 11 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park. The visitation will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Sunday, 7 – 8:30 PM.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Gardner Owens; sons, Billy Owens of the home, Greg Owens and significant other, Kathy Mitchum, of Tarboro and grandson, Matthew Owens.
