LUCAMA - Josephine Proctor Jones, 83, died Friday, July 26, 2013.
Funeral, Sunday, 6:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, Wilson, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park, Monday, 10:00 AM.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gray "Red" Jones in 2003 after 57 years of marriage; parents, Alvin Anderson and Lossie Florence Hawley Proctor; sister, Earlene Ferrell; brothers, Reece Proctor and Rudolph Proctor.
She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Whitley (Wayne) of the home; son, Danny Jones (Deborah) of Wilson; grandchildren, Brittany J. Smith (Stephen), Jordan Jones, Garrett Jones and Justin Whitley; sister, Lynda Crumpler of Lucama; brothers, Lennis Proctor (Edna) of Lucama, Elton Proctor (Lou Ann), Bobby Proctor (Mary Lou) of Wilson and Gene Proctor (Dosia) of Goldsboro; special pet, Little Boy.
