Joyce Cline

Joyce Davis Cline, 84, of Wilson, died Saturday, June 13, 2026.

A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Park Friday at 2:00 PM. The family will speak to those in attendance following the service.

Ms. Cline was born in Wilson on November 11, 1941, and was one of seven siblings She was a 1961 graduate of Ralph L. Fike High School, and was retired from the textile industry. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Cline of Wilson; sons, Rusty Cline (Kim) of Roanoke Rapids and Jeff Cline (Jeanne) of D’Iberville, MS; grandchildren, Drew Cline, Amber Cline, Beth Jeffreys, Dillon Cline and Hunter Cline, along with several great-grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Worrell, Carolyn Alexander (Lloyd), Audrey Ward, and Lila Webb (Ralph) of Wilson; brother, Tom Davis of Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Flonnie Deans Davis, and brother, Roosevelt Davis.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis TN 38105, or to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 403 E. Front St, New Bern, NC 28560.
