Judy Risko Barnes, 74, of Elm City, died Friday, January 20, 2023.

Funeral, Tuesday, 11:00 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park. 

Judy was a retired beautician.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Barnes (Kelly) of Wilson; grandchildren, Danielle, Janielle and Luke Barnes; sister, Anna Harris of Wilson; sisters-in-law, Alice Risko of Wilson and Debbie Risko of Florida; brother-in-law, Carl Hinson of Wilson.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Barnes in 2014; parents, Steve and Blanche Risko of Cambria County, PA; sisters, Betty Hinson and Mary Zampieri (Bruno); brother, Mike Risko.
