Judy Mallard

Judy Mercer Mallard, 80, of Black Creek, died Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

A graveside service will be at the Black Creek Cemetery on Saturday, November 15, 1:00 PM followed by visiting.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Mallard a devoted wife, mom and a pillar in the community, Judy worked as an elementary school teacher for 10 years and then proceeded with her successful real estate career in South Florida. Judy enjoyed crafting, sewing, and was an avid collector of many essential treasures. A beloved soul who touched many lives. Gone too soon we love you mom.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar Mallard; sons, Collins and wife, Laura Mallard, and Brian and wife, Lindsay Mallard; grandchildren, Anabel, Elizabeth, Grace, and Jonathan; sister, Barbara Ann Mercer of Wilson.

Mrs. Mallard was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Mercer, Jr. and Annie Belle Lamm Mercer.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
