Wilson - Laura Lamm Clifton, 84, of Wilson, died Sunday, October 26, 2014.
Funeral, Tuesday, 2 PM, Wilson Memorial Service. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home, Monday, 7 - 8:30 PM.
She retired from Belk's and was a member of Harmony FWB Church.
Surviving are her daughters, Joy Nichols (Donnie), Jewel Mosley (Rick) and Jo Brinson (Ken), all of Wilson, Judy Pittman (Rusty) of Elm City; son, Dewey Clifton (Kim) of Clayton; grandchildren, Will Mosley (Joy), Donald Nichols (Angela), Cliff Nichols, Nicholas Pittman (Ashley), Dustin Pittman (Laura), Lauren Brinson, Hayley Peterson, Cecily Peterson, Tommy Clifton and Noah Clifton; great-grandchildren, Hannah & Ben Mosley, Justin Nichols, Alexis Nichols, Hayden Nichols, Ryan Pittman and Caleb Pittman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Clifton, Jr, in 2008; parents, A.B.C. and Mamie Etheridge Lamm; sister, LaVohn Proctor; brother, Grady Lamm.
