FREMONT - Lena Marlowe Brown Minchew, 95, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008. She was the widow of Paul G. Brown and John Minchew. Funeral, Saturday, 4 PM, Fremont FWB Church followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Surviving is a step-daughter, Eunice Hawes (B.J.) of Charlotte, six step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews: sister-in-law, Mildred Marlowe of Goldsboro. Memorials are suggested to Fremont FWB Church Building Fund, PO Box 487, Fremont, NC 27830. The family will be at the home of Donald &: Jean Marlowe, 208 Charles Drive, prior to the funeral. of Charlotte, six step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Mildred Marlowe of Goldsboro.
