Lennis Gray Proctor, 77, of Lucama, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023.

Funeral, Friday, 11:00 AM, Proctor Family Cemetery, 6172 Wiggins Mill Rd, Lucama.

Mr. Proctor was an avid fisherman and enjoyed time spent on the water.

 He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Edna Barnes Proctor; daughter, Kimberly Denton of Wilson; grandson, Eli Denton of Wilson; brothers, Elton Proctor and Bobby Proctor of Wilson; his puppy “Daisy”.

Mr. Proctor was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua Denton; parents, Alvin A. Proctor and Lossie Hawley Proctor; sisters, Earleen Ferrell, Josephine Jones and Lynda Crumpler; brothers, Rudolph Reece and Gene Proctor.
