WILSON - Lloyd Clinton Greene, 86, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013.
Funeral, Saturday, 2:00 PM, Evergreen Memorial Park.
He was a native of Watauga County, served in World War II, and retired from J.C. Penney Co.
Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Mildred Barnes Greene; daughters, Sandra Boykin of Kenly and Susan Barnes (Wayne) of Archdale; son, Charles Lamm (Jennifer) of Bailey; grandchildren, Barry Barnes (Sherri) and Leslie Barnes, Lauren Nichols (William), Allyson Hooper (Daniel); great-grandchild, Charlie Hooper.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Robert B. Anderson American Legion Post 13, 1404 Woodside Dr, W, Wilson, NC 27893.
