SIMS - Lucy (Jay) Armstrong Davis, 95, died Saturday, September 29, 2012, at home.
Funeral, Tuesday, 11:00 AM, Marsh Swamp Church Cemetery, Rock Ridge.
Jay was the widow of G. Claude Davis, retired from Wilson Medical Center and attended Sims United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her daughters, Norma Poythress (Henry) and Teresa Taylor (A.J.) of Sims; granddaughters, Sherry Parker (Larry) of Franklinton and Glenda Jo Poythress of Raleigh; great-granddaughters, Ashley P. James (Chris) of Wake Forest and Dana Stone of Raleigh; great-grandson, Jordan Parker (Natalie) of Youngsville; great-great-granddaughters, Savannah and Ansley Parker and Nora James.
The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Dr, Wilson, Monday, 6:30 - 8 PM.
