WILSON - Matthew Elmer Rose, 84, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Mr. Rose was a United States Army veteran having served in Belgium where he was awarded four Bronze Stars with additional recognition with the Purple Heart, American Defense, Victory and Good Conduct medals. Funeral, Saturday, 2 PM, Peace Church, 2838 Tilghman Rd, N, followed by interment in Evergreen Memorial Park with military rites. Surviving is his wife of 51 years, Inez Sullivan Rose; daughter, Deborah Jones
