Mary Beaman Shackelford, 86, died Friday, April 4, 2008. She was the widow of James "Shorty" Shackelford and a former resident of Walstonburg. Funeral, Sunday, 6 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Monday, 11 AM, Walstonburg Cemetery. Surviving are her sons, Dan, James Earl and Terry Shackleford
