ELM CITY - Mavis Proctor Harrell, 87, died Monday, June 13, 2016.
Funeral, Wednesday, 7 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Interment, Thursday, 10 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Mavis was preceded in death by husband, Jonas David Harrell; parents, Walter and Emma Webb Proctor; sisters, Janice Proctor and Mary Joyner and brother, Ray Proctor.
She is survived by her daughters, Nannie "Susie" Sikes (Michael) of the home, Wendy Webb (George) of Elm City; sons, David Harrell (Robin) and Kenneth Harrell (Patricia) of Elm City, Scott Harrell (Lisa) of Macclesfield, Jonas Harrell (Evelyn "Arminta") of Winston-Salem; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and sister, Sue Cullifer (Rev. Sam) of Pinetops.
