Michael J. “Mike” Deno, 78, of Wilson, died Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Funeral, Thursday, 2:00 PM, Maplewood Cemetery.
Mike was preceded in death by a son, Earl John Deno.
He was a radar technician while serving in the Air Force. Mike worked his entire career as a screen printer. He was an avid fisherman, gardener, tropical fish hobbyist and he enjoyed woodworking. Mike was member of American Legion Post 13 and he loved his dogs and cats.
Mike is survived by his wife, Verna Snedeker Deno and sons, Michael J. “Jimmy” Deno II and Gordon Deno of Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Legion Post 13, Building Fund, 2035 US Hwy 301 S, Wilson, NC 27893.
