Pat Hebbard

Patricia “Pat” Cratt Hebbard, 84, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025, in Austin, Texas. Born on December 6, 1940, in Brooklyn, New York, Pat lived a full and meaningful life, deeply rooted in faith and family.

Pat married the love of her life, Rev. Leigh G. Hebbard, Sr., with whom she shared 51 years of marriage until his passing on September 21, 2013. Together, they built a beautiful life and family, raising four wonderful children. Pat dedicated herself to the care and nurturing of her family and always enjoyed times when the whole family was able to be together. This unwavering love for her family defined her life and gave her purpose.

Pat was a faithful Christian who found great joy in serving God and helping others. She served God in small ways, but in ways that she connected with, like singing, sewing or painting. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and spoke often of times singing in the choir during the Billy Graham Crusades in New York.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Turner Cratt and Zula Ingalls Cratt and sisters Eva Mae and Freda Irene.

She is survived by her children Leigh, Jr., (Michele), Scott, James (Gayle) and Robin (Patrick); and grandchildren Adam, Patrick III, Caroline, Kayley, Colin, Jena, Macy, Michael (Julie) and Monica (Travis); and four great grandchildren.
