WILSON - Patricia Doll "Patti" Meadows, 76, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
Funeral, Friday, 3 PM, Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation.
Patti had worked at Gerald-Brook and Vaughan's Jewelers.
She is survived by her husband, Phil Meadows; daughters, Lisa Meadows and Lois Meadows both of Wilson; sons, Mark Meadows of Wilson and Todd Meadows of Lucama; grandchildren, Brianne, Cutter, Krista, Trey and Aydin Mae.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Assn, 1108 Windemere Dr NW, Wilson NC 27896.
