WILSON - Patty Van Slyke Andrews, 85, died Monday, April 10, 2006. Funeral, Thursday, 11:00 AM, Maplewood Cemetery. Surviving: husband, John M. "Chick" Andrews, Jr.: son, Paul Andrews (Alta) of Ayden: granddaughter, Kelly Cleaton (Jeremy) of Ayden: grandsons, Paul Andrews, Jr. and Adam Andrews of Ayden: sisters, Lennes Blakley of Winston Salem and Katherine Biley of Baltimore, MD and special friend, Dorothy Gay of Wilson. The family will be at 610 Trinity Drive. Memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church, PO Box 1423, Wilson NC 27894. of Ayden; granddaughter, Kelly Cleaton
