Pearl Evans

Alma Pearl Davis Evans, 79, of Wilson, died Thursday, December 3, 2020.

Funeral, Monday, December 7, 11:00 AM, Marsh Swamp FWB Church Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday, December 6, 4:00 – 5:30 PM, Wilson Memorial Service.

Mrs. Evans was retired from Foster Forbes Glass Co.

She is survived by son, Billy Evans (Alice) of Bailey; daughter, Joyce Keen (Todd) of Wilson; grandchildren, Ginger Lamm and Michael Evans (Michele); great-grandchildren, Haleigh and C.J. Ward, Haden Williamson, and Hannah, Layla and Ben Evans; sister, Brenda Hamm of Wilson.

She was preceded in death by husband, James “Billy” Evans; an infant son; sister, Linda Cummings; brother, Rufus Davis.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Spring Arbor, as well as the Wilson Medical Center ICU staff.
